CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College athletics has announced moving forward all tickets to gain entry into football, men’s and women’s basketball and men’s hockey games will be fully digital, helping make venue entry and overall ticket management even better for fans.

The only way to gain entry into football, men’s and women’s basketball, and men’s hockey games will be with a mobile ticket, instead of a physical ticket. The transition to mobile ticketing provides the safest, easiest and most convenient option for entry into Alumni Stadium and Conte Forum. Mobile ticketing also protects the integrity of tickets, improving protection against fraud, counterfeit, and lost tickets.

“We are excited about going digital for our ticketing, making it easier for our fans,” said William V. Campbell Director of Athletics Martin Jarmond. “The mobile ticketing platform has been growing in our industry and we look forward to the new technology to make it even more convenient and safe for our fans.”

With the conversion to mobile ticketing, the PDF or “print at home” option is no longer available, so the purchaser or recipient of the tickets must have a smartphone to access their mobile ticket(s). We recommend that the recipients of the mobile tickets add the tickets to their smartphone’s wallet or passbook to allow them to quickly access their mobile tickets on gameday in the event of limited data connections of Wi-Fi service.

For any season ticket members who do not have access to a smartphone, please contact your ticket service rep at 617.552.4622 or email [email protected], so that other arrangements can be made. More details and instructions will be sent out as we get closer to the start of the season.
