CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College football’s complete 2025 schedule was announced by the ACC live on ACC Network and ESPN2 on Monday night. The Eagles’ schedule features seven home games, including three against College Football Playoff teams from 2025.
Late last week, the league initially announced BC’s season opener and each team’s conference opener, which included a pair of games for the Eagles. Boston College’s schedule features seven home games at Alumni Stadium beginning with the Aug. 30 season opener against Fordham. The Eagles’ three CFP opponents are Clemson (Oct. 11), Notre Dame (Nov. 1), and SMU (Nov. 8). BC will also have two open dates on the schedule with byes during weeks four and 13 of the season.
As previously released, Boston College will follow up its season opener against Fordham with a return trip in a home-and-home series against Michigan State (Sept. 6) before taking its first visit to Stanford (Sept. 13) for an ACC contest in the state of California. Following a bye week, the Eagles return home to welcome Cal (Sept. 27) to Alumni Stadium.
October starts with a road trip to Pittsburgh (Oct. 4) followed by back-to-back home games against Clemson (Oct. 11) and a non-conference tilt vs. Connecticut (Oct. 18). The BC-UConn game marks the first in a four-game series through 2031. The month concludes with a visit to Louisville (Oct. 25).
November kicks off with Notre Dame (Nov. 1) coming off its appearance in the CFP final. The game marks the first time the Fighting Irish have visited BC since 2020 and the first time with fans in the stands since 2017. The Eagles play a CFP opponent for the second week in a row when SMU (Nov. 8) comes to town. The game marks the third straight year BC and SMU will have played, beginning with the 2023 Wasabi Fenway Bowl, and the first at Alumni Stadium.
Georgia Tech (Nov. 15) wraps up the seven-game home season at Alumni Stadium for its first football game at BC since 2020 and the first with fans since 2008. The regular season concludes with a visit to Syracuse (Nov. 29) for the 58th all-time match-up between the two rivals.
