Sammy Sportface is ready for another year of fun so, he gives you his top 10 sports predictions for the year 2021.
Prediction 10
Brooks Koepka, Ricky Fowler, and Dustin Johnson will spend a lot more time with their bombshell girlfriends and become less dedicated to the game of golf, thereby causing the popularity of golf worldwide to plummet.
They’ll come to realize that beautiful babes are more intriguing than hitting a golf ball around a course. All three will fall out of the top 100 rankings on the PGA tour and none will care one iota.
Koepka will do an effective job of convincing Fowler and DJ that golf is boring and that the three of them should skip a bunch of tournaments next year, including all four majors, to take trips together with their gals to beautiful faraway islands such as the Virgin Islands, Bermuda, and Puerto Rico.
Prediction 9
The band Chicago will do a remake of their hit tune from the 1970s, “25 or 6 to 4,” and it will become the theme song for NBA games on TNT. Listen here:
TNT analyst Charles Barkley will question why the network decided to reinvigorate a theme song from the 1970s and will complain that they should have chosen “Theme From Shaft” by Isaac Hayes:
Prediction 8
Caleb Dressel will become the biggest story in the sports world and will win the Associated Press Male Athlete of the Year Award and the ESPY Award for Athlete of the Year. This after he breaks two of the Olympic Records of Michael Phelps and wins five Golf Medals during the Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
Prediction 7
Ryan Lochte will qualify for the U.S. Olympic Trials but won’t finish in the top two in any of his events so won’t make it to the Summer Olympics. Soon thereafter, he’ll announce he’s going to be a participant on “Celebrity Jeopardy.” On that show, he won’t know many answers and will be eliminated in the first round. In a related move, Sammy Sportface will float a book idea by book 138 book publishers titled “Confessions of a Ryan Lochte Defender” that will be rejected by every one of them.
Prediction 6
Bill Belichick will retire from coaching and announce he’s going into the fashion business modeling men’s cut-off sweatshirts for Men’s Journal Magazine. People Magazine will name him “The Sexiest Man Alive” ahead of Tom Brady, who will be runner-up.
Prediction 5
The Foreman Five, all named George, will take the Gold Medal in the breakdancing competition at the Summer Olympics in Tokyo. The sons of heavyweight boxing champion George Foreman Senior will credit their win to the practice they gained during the Super Bowl Wienermobile journey this year led by Brett Favre, John Madden, Forrest Gump, Butkis, George Foreman, Jeb Hillbillie, and The Chariots of Fire guys.
Prediction 4
Thanks to the promotional efforts of Sammy Sportface, a new up and coming band called The Fez will start to play at sporting events around the country. There will be accusations of collusion because Sportface has a financial interest in the financial success of The Fez because he’s casual friends with each member of the group even though they don’t get along with him most of the time.
Prediction 3
The Fez will record a new hit song called “Luca’s Mom,” – a knockoff of the “Stacey’s Mom” hit single. Luca’s Mom is the warm mom of Dallas Mavericks star Luca Doncic. The song will rise to number one in the United States and stay in that ranking for 14 consecutive weeks until “25 or 6 to 4” by Chicago takes over the top ranking.

Danica Patrick will marry Aaron Rodgers but admit she still has a thing for Brett Favre.
Prediction 1
The Sammy Sportface Baby Boomer Brotherhood will fold and become a historical footnote in the history of social media and sports blogging boondoggles. Sportface will retire from sports blogging and become the lead singer of The Fez.
