Marques Council Jr. passed for 155 yards and two touchdown passes to Tekoa Gilbert and Arison Walker, as the Quips shutout Ambridge 28-0.
With West Allegheny shocking Montour 13-7 in overtime last week, the tie between Aliquippa, Montour, and West Allegheny went to Aliquippa for the Parkway Conference Title.
However, the Quips find themselves as the #4 seed in the Class 4A playoffs, and will face Trinity (5-5) this Friday night at The Pit at Heinz Field. Kickoff is set for 7:00 PM.
