Guillian Wernet allowed only one hit and struck out five in 6.0 innings, to lead the Arabia Wolves to a 7-2 victory over the Karachi Monarchs.
Wernet was pitching a no-hitter until the sixth inning, when Karachi’s CF Jake Pérez ended it after hitting a single to right field. He threw a total of 66 pitches, 41 of which were strikes, with only one walk (Pavin Parks).
Kristian Scott (1.2 IP, 1 H, 2 ER, 3 BB) and Reese Miller (1.1 IP, 3 SO, one Fire Ball scored) completed the pitching line for Arabia.
As for the offense, Paul Myro went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run; Jacob Teter went 2-for-2 with one RBI, and Jacinto Cipriota went 1-for-4 with two RBIs. The Argentine player has four RBIs in the last two games.
This was the fourth consecutive victory for the Wolves (4-2), who will begin a key series against the Mid East Falcons tomorrow in a doubleheader.

- Kolby Kiser took the loss after 3.0 IP, where he allowed five hits, one home run, three earned runs, two walks, and struck out five.
